On the morning of Thursday, Jan. 17, Indiana State Police officers served a search warrant at a home in the 100 block of North Rebecca Street in Claypool.
Detectives arrested Roselyn B. Burkhart, 38, of Claypool, and took her to the Koscuisko County Jail.
Burkhart is charged with two counts of child exploitation (level 4 felony), one count of possession of child pornography (level 5 felony) and one count of possession of child pornography (level 6 felony).
The Indiana State Police Crimes Against Children Task Force, started the investigation months ago after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. That investigation eventually led to the execution of the search warrant.
Other agencies involved in the investigation were the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, Claypool Town Marshal and the Department of Child Services.
