Guilty plea from Goshen Police Officer arrested on OWI charge

The Goshen Police officer arrested in December 2018 on an OWI charge pleaded guilty on Tuesday, Jan. 22.

Brody Brown, 22, was sentenced to 60 days in jail with all 60 days suspended and will serve a year of probation.

Brown and the two off-duty officers who were passengers in the vehicle when he was pulled over on US 33 are on administrative leave.

The officers had reportedly also fired their guns from inside the vehicle.

Brown’s license has also been suspended for 30 days.
