A Winona Lake man is accused of stealing from his mother’s bank account.
62-year-old Martin Justice was arrested Saturday on preliminary charges of exploitation of a dependent or endangered adult.
Investigators allege Justice did not have the best interest of his mother when making withdrawals totaling $116,000, often from ATMs at casinos.
His mother suffers from Alzheimer’s.
