The body of a male was found along State Road 119 in Elkhart County.

The discovery was made around 6 p.m. on Friday, March 8.

Deputies with the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office were called to the 21000 block of SR 119 on the report of a body.

Deputies confirmed a male deceased at the scene.

Sheriff Jeff Siegel requested the Elkhart County Homicide Unit respond to investigate, along with the Elkhart County Coroner’s Office.
