South Bend woman’s death being investigated as a homicide

A woman’s death in South Bend is being investigated as a homicide.

Relatives of Ashley Starr, 30, called police were called around 10:15 a.m. on Sunday, March 10, after they found her body inside her home in the 4400 block of Huron Circle in South Bend.

The St. Joseph County Metro Homicide Unit is interviewing witnesses and following up leads.

So far, there is no word of any suspects or arrests.
