Updated with new information from the Indiana State Police.

Four students were treated at a hospital after a Union-North United school bus was rear-ended by an SUV Monday morning.

Those students sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were expected to be OK.

Indiana State Police Sgt. Ted Boehner says the crash happened before 8 a.m. on State Road 4 near Lakeville.

The injured students were a five year-old girl, two nine year-old boys, and a fifteen year-old girl, all of whom were treated and released.

The driver of the SUV, a 28 year-old Bourbon, Indiana man, was also taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

Alcohol and drugs are not believed to have been factors in the crash.
