Arrest made after early morning gas station robbery in Benton Township

Police in Benton Township made fast work of arresting a suspect in a gas station robbery.

The Napier Shell station, just off I-94, was robbed shortly after 3 a.m. on Monday, April 22.

Employees told police the suspect was wearing a face mask, had a handgun, and demanded cash from the register.

The suspect ran away on foot but police found him within a few hours.
