Controversial Facebook post leads to Boys and Girls Club executive’s leave

An executive with The Boys and Girls Club of Elkhart County has been placed on leave after social media posts connected to his accounts surfaced and contained images of confederate flags and derogatory remarks about immigrants.

An investigation into the posts is underway.

The Boys & Girls Club became aware after the local group, Michiana Anti-Fascist Action / HARM 574, posted links to the executive’s Facebook page and urged members to call the Boys & Girls Club, according to the Goshen News.

The page has since been taken down.
