Elkhart Police release surveillance photo of 7-Eleven robbery suspect

Elkhart Police are looking for a man they say robbed the 7-Eleven store at 2700 S. Main Street.

The robbery happened just after 11 p.m. on May 16.

A man, described as black, approximately 50 years old, 5’8” to 5’11” wearing a blue baseball cap and blue sweats took money out of the cash register.

After grabbing the money the suspect left the store on foot, heading northbound.

Elkhart Police Detective Ryan Weir is asking for assistance in identifying the subject in the surveillance photo.
