The next Mayor’s Night Out, with Mayor Pete Buttigieg and other South Bend City officials will take place at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 30, at the South Bend Civic Theatre, 403 N Main St.

Due to high expected turnout, Buttigieg will speak to residents in a town hall format, in which residents can write questions upon entry and have them answered from a hat onstage. Questions will be screened for political topics or inappropriate content.

After the town hall, residents will be able to speak with representatives from City departments, the Clerk’s Office, and the Common Council, as in previous Mayor’s Night Out events. Seating will be on a first-come first-serve basis.

The event ends at 7 p.m.
