A Benton Harbor man has been convicted of conspiring to distribute meth and ecstasy from Atlanta to his hometown.

Richard Farmer Sr., 44, faces up to 30 years in prison when he’s sentenced on October 9.

The four-day trial followed an investigation that began with a two-month wiretapping of his phone in 2018.

There was also evidence that Farmer plotted with Maurice Stovall and also harbored murder suspect Antoine Mims.

Farmer was arrested in August.
