Get Fit Get Healthy, a worksite wellness program, invites the community to participate in their 5th annual 5K run/walk at Ox Bow Park, Goshen, on Saturday, July 13 at 8:30 a.m.

Online registration is $10 for adults. Children 12 and under are free without a race shirt. Registration ends July 12 at 5:00 p.m., EDT. If you register by June 30, you’ll get a t-shirt. The annual event gives community members of all ages a way to get moving and improve overall health. Whether you run, walk or do a little of both, the activity can help strengthen the heart, lower blood pressure and even boost your energy level.
