An Elkhart man is now facing a second sex charge.

The Goshen News reports that 30 year-old Samuel Richardson has had child molesting charges in a separate case.

Richardson faces charges of sexual battery for inappropriately touching a child near Horseshoe Court north of Goshen several times over the last five years, as recently as September. The crime was reported on June 4th, about a week after another juvenile reported being touched at a house on Greene Road.
