Indianapolis man sentenced for drug trafficking in South Bend

An Indianapolis man has been sentenced to 97 months in prison for firearm and drug trafficking offenses committed in South Bend.

Howard Fleming III, 24, pleaded guilty to possession of both a handgun and less than five grams of cocaine.

Fleming will also face 2 years of supervised release.

He also had a prior conviction in St. Joseph County dating back to April of 2014.
