Man injured in crash south of Wakarusa

An Elkhart man was injured in a two-vehicle crash south of Wakarusa.

Police say the 38 year-old suffered injuries to his leg, arm and a possible concussion after he disregarded a stoplight at the intersection of County Road 46 and State Road 19.

His vehicle crashed into the back of a car driven by a Bristol woman. He was transported to Elkhart General Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

It’s not known if the other driver was injured.
