The first of three paving projects begins Monday on a busy highway in South Bend.

The first stretch of the project will cause delays on State Road 933 between Angela Boulevard and Douglas Road through Wednesday.

After that, the focus will shift to the area between Douglas and Cleveland, and then from Darden to Auten.

All of the work is expected to be finished in two weeks, but in the work areas you can expect 933 to be down to one lane in each direction.
