The man caught by South Bend Police during a burglary at a construction site has been charged.

Officers responded to the property in the 300 block of South St. Louis Boulevard on July 12 and found 19 year-old Brandon Miller there.

Court documents say he was wearing gloves and carrying an air horn. Police reportedly learned that Miller had jumped over the fence to enter the site.

He now faces one count of burglary.
