A 92 year prison sentence for Presley Brown in connection with a 2016 murder

On Friday, one of the men convicted in a 2016 murder case was given a sentence of 92 years in prison.

Twenty-six year-old Presley Brown was found guilty on all counts that he faced on July 12th. Be received 60 years for murder, 12 years for attempted armed robbery, and 20 years for a firearm enhancement charge.

Two other people have already been found guilty for their roles in the October 2016 murder of Tyler Hurtle. One of them faces sentencing in October.

On April 13, 2018, Sir Jackquarius JaQuan Lloyd was sentenced to 87 years. Caleb Smith, 25, was also previously charged in this matter and pleaded guilty per agreement on July
23, 2019, to Attempted Armed Robbery, a Level 3 Felony.
