The Indiana State SWAT Team performed in the 15th Annual Connecticut SWAT challenge last week.

Indiana SWAT finished 5th out of 31 in the competition, a three day event held each year.

It was the fourth time the State Police SWAT Team has represented The Hoosier State, and the finish represents one of their strongest performances yet.

The event allows law enforcement and military SWAT Teams from around the country to compete in team and individual events.

The events are based on real world tactical scenarios and are also used to improve leadership skills.
