Police are still investigating a drowning in Granger, and the St. Joseph County Coroner’s office has identified the victim.

Fifty-seven year-old Harold Skiles of South Bend was the man found dead in the pool of a home in the 52000 block of Swanson Drive. He was dog sitting and house sitting at the time and was pronounced dead at the scene.

An autopsy was conducted on Tuesday, but toxicology results will take several weeks.

Authorities say there was no evidence of foul play.
