Traffic is flowing again over the Sink Road Bridge in Cass County, after a $1.1 million project that finished two weeks ahead of schedule.
It replaces a bridge that stood for several decades over the Dowagiac River that no longer met MDOT requirements, and featured a hard curve approach.
A land swap with the Pokagon Band helped create a straighter approach and brought together several state agencies.
The ribbon cutting and bridge dedication was Tuesday morning.
