A Statewide Silver Alert has been issued for an Osceola man.
Adam Lacava, 36, was last seen on Tuesday, Oct. 8 around 1:15 p.m.
He is described as white, 5 feet 8 inches tall and 180 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes, and was last seen wearing a dark-colored hoodie and black basketball shorts.
Lacava is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
