A KFC employee has been arrested after allegedly using a customer’s credit card to purchase roller skates.

The victim told police they visited the fast food restaurant on Bittersweet Road on April 24, and used a Discover card to pay for their food.

The next day, the victim noticed an $85.42 Amazon purchase on their card for a pair of roller skates. ABC 57 reports that’s when they filed a police report with the St. Joseph County Police Department.

Police interviewed KFC employee Alexis Hill on June 26, and she admitted to writing down the victim’s credit card number and using it to purchase the skates.

She was arrested and booked on Wednesday, and is awaiting an arraignment set for Thursday afternoon.
