Officials say that Terrence McElvene was arrested for failure to register and staying in a home with three children under the age of 10.

In 2011 he was convicted of Child Molestation and was labeled a sexually violent predator. In early August his parole officer couldn’t find him at his listed address but traced him to an apartment. Since he failed to update his charges include failure to register, lifetime parole violation, and unlawful entry.
