There was an interesting find at the Elkhart County Landfill on Thursday.

The bomb squad had to make an appearance to remove grenades and a grenade launcher that had been thrown away. There’s no word on where police think the devices may have come from.

Elkhart County Commissioner Mike Yoder posted on Facebook that the owners are welcome to come forward and contact the sheriff to “discuss things”
