Police say that they were called to the Courtyard Marriott on reports that managers could smell marijuana coming from a guest’s room.
The guest wasn’t actually there, but armed with a warrant police found nearly 78 grams of methamphetamine inside the room along with two handguns. Police eventually found Alex Euriga in the Meijer parking lot across the road. As police approached him he attempted to discard another bag of drugs behind some Christmas tree. It was later discovered the baggie contained 13 additional grams of meth.
