The Goshen Common Council has officially dissolved the city’s housing authority. The Goshen Housing Authority has long struggled with financial issues going back to its formation in 1987.

In 2017 it was estimated that the GHA had more than $1 million of debt. The effective date of the decision will be Dec 31st.

All of their services will go to the Warsaw Housing Authority.
