A 40-year-old woman was killed in a crash in Marshall County.

The collision happened on Friday, Dec. 13, in the area of 7th Road and Plymouth-LaPorte Trail.

The driver, Shelby Gaines, left the road. Her vehicle ended up in a field. Gaines was ejected from the vehicle.

Police are still investigating factors that led to the collision.
