Goshen man killed in one-vehicle crash may have suffered a medical issue

Police say a Goshen man likely suffered a medical emergency before he was killed in a single-vehicle crash Thursday night.

It happened around 6 p.m. on Plymouth Avenue near Foxbriar. Witnesses say he went off the road and struck several trees in the crash.

Zachary Truex, 26, was discovered unconscious and not breathing. Officials pronounced him dead at the scene.

Speed is not believed to have been a factor in the crash and an autopsy is pending.
