St. Joe Police K9/ Facebook

The St. Joseph County Police Department is showing their appreciation after a very welcomed donation for their K9’s. A post on Facebook says that Vested Interest in K9’s, a non-profit charity, donated stab and bullet proof vests for two of their service dogs.

Specifically K9 officers Farkas and Odin will get the vests. Each vest’s value averages out to around $2,000.

The group donates the vests to departments all around the country.
