Prosecutors have filed rape and incest charges against an 18 year old man. for an incident at a home in South Bend. Police say Wentiao Ouyang, raped a family member in July of 2019.
He was arrested on January 10th, and admitted to police to engaging in sexual conduct with the victim, who is a family member. Ouyang is a student at USC. ABC 57 News reports he has since been released and is scheduled to be back in court January 21st.
Details about the victim are unknown.
