One person is dead after a crash in St. Joseph County Michigan.

It happened at Banker Street and Klinger Lake Road when a vehicle being driven by a Three Rivers man went off the road and hit several trees. That man was taken to the hospital. A female passenger died at the scene.

What caused them to leave the road is unclear.
