Plymouth man arrested on drunk driving charges

A Plymouth man has been arrested for drunk driving and causing a crash that seriously injured another person.

Wayne Miller, 50, was allegedly driving while intoxicated last Saturday when his vehicle ran off the road near the intersection of 17th and Thorn Roads.

Miller’s passenger was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

ABC 57 News reports Miller was given a breath test, which showed his BAC was more than three times the legal limit.

He was booked into the Marshall County Jail and faces charges of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury and Operating a Vehicle with an ACE of .15 or More.
