A South Bend man has pleaded guilty in federal court to meth and weapons-related charges.

Christopher Kinds, 34, admitted to possessing over 500 grams of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, and he admitted to possessing a firearm after having been convicted of a felony.

It was back in September 2019 when investigators searched Kinds’ home and storage units and recovered more than 2 kilograms of meth from his home and 37 firearms from him, his home, and his storage units.

Kinds has a 2006 felony conviction in St. Joseph County where he was sentenced to 4 years in prison.
