Rochester councilman arrested for alleged sexual contact with a child

A Rochester councilman has been arrested for alleged sexual contact with a child.

Gary Clevenger Jr., 40, was taken into custody on Friday, Jan. 31, and charged with four felonies, including child solicitation and sexual misconduct with a minor under 16 and neglect of a dependent, according to WSBT-TV.

The circumstances that led to his arrest were not immediately released.
