The Fort Wayne-South Bend Diocese has closed all 43 or their Catholic Schools in their 14-county area for “a minimum of three weeks.”

Friday, the diocese announced that they’ll be working this week with school officials to finalize their plans for e-learning. All after-school and extracurricular activities have also been suspended until further notice.

The diocese says they are in constant communication with local health authorities, the CDC, and Indiana government officials.

No date for reopening the schools has been set, and the diocese has created a resource website with the latest information from their office.
