The Benton Harbor City Commission has scheduled a public hearing for the month of May to discuss a Special Use Permit for medical marijuana.

The meeting is set to take place online on Tuesday, May 5, with special instructions on how to participate posted on the city’s website. This is to avoid the possible spread of COVID-19 in the city.

Redbud Roots is seeking the permit to open a business on East Main Street in the city.
