Police investigating car vs. motorcycle crash in St. Joseph County

Two people were injured in a crash between a car and motorcycle.

The St. Joseph County Fatal Alcohol Crash Team says it happened around 10:45 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of South Michigan and Barbie Streets.

Police say a 19 year-old South Bend woman was driving the car when she hit the motorcyclist, who was seriously injured. The driver of the car was also hurt in the crash.

No further information has been released.
