The Benton Harbor Farmers Market will open for another season this Wednesday.

The market will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Wednesday, now through September 2, in the Dwight P. Mitchell City Center Park.

The market will offer locally-grown and affordable fresh fruits and vegetables, and welcomes the use of Bridge Cards (EBT), Senior Project FRESH, and WIC Project FRESH coupons.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, the market will not be offering special events or activities this year, and extra precautions will be in place to prevent illness, including social distancing, hand sanitizer and the encouragement to wear face masks.

You can find more information, and learn how to become a vendor, at www.bchdmi.org.
