Historic Renovation Grant Program now open for Indiana applicants

The Historic Renovation Grant Program is now open for applications.

The program, which is designed to preserve and rehabilitate historic properties, provides project funding between $5,000 and $100,000.

Eligible applicants include non-profits, individuals, partnerships, firms, associations, joint ventures, limited liability companies, corporations, and non-profit affordable housing organizations.

To receive funding, the property must be:

  • At least 50 years old;
  • Either listed on the register of Indiana historic sites/structures, OR
  • Listed or eligible for the National Register of Historic Places, OR
  • Listed as a contributing resource in a National Register District.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and can be submitted any time.
