The Indiana Chamber of Commerce has a new program that will help Hoosier employers develop their workforce and keep employees engaged as more businesses turn to remote work.

Inside Indiana Business says the program is a partnership with Engage Mentoring and will be through the chamber’s Institute for Workforce Excellence.

Jason Bearce, Vice President of Education and Workforce Development for the chamber, said the program will help employees with career development and connect them with mentors who can help them grow their skills.
