Three arrested on several charges after LaGrange County home inspection

Three people were arrested in LaGrange County during a home inspection.

Police were sent to a home on N. State Road 9 back on August 6 for a property offense, and also to follow-up on an arrest warrant.

ABC 57 News reports police first found hypodermic needles in plain sight, and after applying for a search warrant, they also located 34 grams of methamphetamine, a small amount of marijuana, 61 hypodermic needles, a large amount of plastic baggies that are typically used for distribution and several sets of digital scales.

Melissa Jones, Mandi Allen and Carroll Kelly Jr. were arrested at the scene and face charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Paraphernalia, Possession of Hypodermic Needles, Maintaining a Common Nuisance and Dealing in Methamphetamine.

John Mclellan is also being long form charged with Maintaining a Common Nuisance.
