Sorry for the family’s loss.
South Bend The new Chicago
When are we going to start putting in maximum sentences every time a person is shot ? Time for the Mayor , judges prosecutors to get out.

South Bend has not elected a Republican Mayor since 1967. This is what you can expect from cities that have been run by Democrats for any length of time. Detroit, Chicago, LA, San Fran, Baltimore, South Bend. Connect the dots people.

A nine year old, shot on the streets after midnight.

Unfortunately, this person was lost long ago. Lost to a failed social construct of broken families and no parental responsibility. Lost to a social class that glorifies ignorance and crime.
