New Carlisle police are investigating after a car drove into a house. Fire crews were called to the 500 block of East Michigan Street after 4 a.m. on Saturday, August. 15. When they arrived, they found an on-fire car had crashed into the house. Crews were able to pull the a man from the car. He was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Four people were taken to the hospital after a crash Friday morning. A woman was driving north on County Road 15 and another woman was going west on County Road 26. The first woman did not stop at the stop sign and hit the front end bumper of the other woman’s car. The first woman was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign.
