Persistent Surveillance Systems develops highly capable, yet affordable, wide area surveillance systems for city, state, national, and international markets. With such a system, South Bend can rewind, “go back in time”, so to speak to see where these vehicles originated from. The system has been used with success in Honduras and Juarez, Mexico. The technology exists to find and apprehend these low life scum bags.

Umm, no, thank you. You can keep your Big Brother eyeballs away from me.

The real solution is not technological, it is cultural… but no politician has the testicular fortitude to talk about it.

Mr. Randy Wayne you sir are misinformed the surveillance system you are talking about is extremely expensive and requires manned aircraft. Its all on their website. The community in these areas need to work with police end the “stop snitching” mentality and start reporting what they saw.
