Police pursuit leads to arrest in Cass County Monday

A police pursuit through St. Joseph and Cass Counties led to an arrest Tuesday morning.

Police were dispatched to the Mottville Township Marathon gas station on reports of disorderly conduct, and quickly spotted a vehicle speeding westbound on U.S. 12 from Vistula Road.

ABC 57 News reports the officers attempted a traffic stop, but the vehicle continued traveling at high speeds on U.S. 12 into Cass County. The vehicle was eventually stopped on U.S. 12 west of S. River Road.

The 32-year-old driver of White Pigeon was arrested on Suspicion of Fleeing and Eluding and Operating While Intoxicated.
