Ex-Michigan GOP Governor endorses Biden in op-ed

A former Michigan Governor has become the latest high-profile Republican to endorse Joe Biden for President.

Former Governor Rick Snyder backed the Democrat in an op-ed Thursday in USA Today.

Snyder called President Trump a bully and said it was a tragedy watching the world suffer from one. He also said the president lacked a moral compass and has not unified the nation.

Snyder served as Michigan’s Governor from 2011 to 2018 and has joined a coalition of Republicans and Independents for Biden, a group connected to the anti-Trump Lincoln Project PAC.
