City of St. Joseph planning to keep trick-or-treating as is

At least one local community has made their stance on Halloween pretty clear. According to WSJM the city of St. Joseph has no intention on cancelling trick or treating.

During a city commission meeting on Monday night the question came up and City Manager John Hodgson says right now they are NOT looking to cancel. Trick or treating will go until 6pm in St. Joseph.

State officials have said if communities plan to trick-or-treat they need to do it safely.
