21 year old Joshua Roberts was found dead inside of a vehicle on Oct. 20th at the Timberbrook Mobile Home Park. Several days later police keyed in on, and arrested 19 year old Carlos Escobar-Escobedo and 21 year old Luis Garcia.

They were supposed to be in court Thursday to hear their charges, but a request was made to keep documents sealed because the investigation is ongoing and making them public could compromise that.

The Elkhart Truth reports their initial hearing is now set for happen Nov. 12th.
