Elkhart Mayor Rod Roberson gave thanks to the health care community during a “State of the City” address delivered during the city council meeting on Monday, Dec. 21.
Mayor Roberson also praised new police chief Chris Seymour and announced two new positions he’s adding to the police department: a new community relations liaison and a mental health expert.
